All Givati Firearms pistols and rifles, are fire tested with reputable ammunition (NAME BRANDS , PREMIUM AMMUNITION, ) to insure functionality of the firearm, using rifle made ammunition in pistols will cause malfunctions due to unburned powders, any client that orders pistols less than 7.5 inches in length are susceptible to malfunctions, 7.62X39 rifles and pistols are designed to use brass ammunition, using cheap brands , steel casing, like BEAR , TULA ETC, will cause malfunctions and corrosion, as well it will effect the manufacturers warranty, therefore Givati firearms willvoid the warranty without any advance notice.

Any product Order from Rafal Defense Inc Dba Givati Firearms through the website, emailed or phone ordered are subject to approval by BIS, export license must be issued before exporting of goods , typically in case of denials or prohibition of exports of goods credit, in addition an invoice is issued , no delivery terms are definite till BIS issues an export license allowing the legal transfer of firearms to its consignee. all Firearms are FOB Orlando. Firearms sales are final, no returns are accepted unless there is a defect of manufacturing (allowed time is 14 days max for return) (returns are subject to licensing as well) due to the nature of the business dealing with firearms is a heavily regulated business, no refunds are accepted, only store credit. consult with an export agent for further information. Lack of Knowledge falls on the buyer not the seller. Rafal Defense inc DBA Givati Firearms is not responsible for new laws and regulations, due to national security interest and regional conflicts.

Rafal Defense inc DBA Givati Firearms is not held liable for customer lack of knowledge of their state laws and regulations. in order to purchase a firearm, customers have to be a legal age to place an order. firearms purchased online will shipped to an FFL dealer. no firearm will ship to a customers home address. In store purchases: A background check and form 4473 needs to be filled out to complete the sale, an approval from FDLE is a must in order to take possession of the firearm. 3 business day period is needed to take possession, in case of denials a 20% restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the purchase.
Exporting without Proper licensing

As a buyer I understand shipping or exporting firearms or any related defense articles (outside USA) without proper licensing from BIS, is a felony.
Errors and Typos
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, rafaldefense.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
